1. Information we collect
We collect account details such as email, name, and avatar; prompts, form inputs, uploaded reference images, generated videos, thumbnails, and brand kit settings; payment metadata from Creem; and basic technical data needed to secure and debug the service.
2. How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, process payments, manage credits, call AI video providers, store generated assets, show history, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
3. Third parties
streetveo is designed to use Better Auth, Neon Postgres, Cloudflare R2, Creem, Vercel, Google OAuth, and CometAPI-backed AI providers. Prompts and uploaded images may be sent to AI providers only to fulfill generation requests.
4. Payments
Creem processes payment details. streetveo stores transaction metadata such as amount, credits, status, checkout IDs, and invoice links. We do not store full card numbers.
5. Cookies and sessions
We use first-party cookies required to keep you signed in and protect your session. We do not need cross-site advertising trackers for the MVP.
6. Retention and deletion
Generated media and prompts remain available in your account history until deleted or until retention policies require cleanup. You may request account or content deletion through support.
7. Security
We use access controls, provider secrets, webhook signature checks, and object storage boundaries. No online service can guarantee perfect security, so report concerns promptly.
8. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, or restrict processing of personal information.
9. Children
streetveo is not intended for children or for content that exploits or sexualizes minors.
